According to a study published September 3, 2014 in ‘JAMA (Journal of The American Medical Association)’, all the diet plans were equally effective after comparing diet plans like South Beach, Atkins and Weight Watchers. Researchers from McMaster University in Ontario and other institutions pointed out that low-carbohydrate and low-fat diets resulted in the most weight loss, though the difference was small.
